How do I transfer my fitAnalytica account to a new phone?

Your fitAnalytica account is linked to the email address and sign-in method you used on your previous device. To transfer your account, simply sign in on your new phone using the same account details.

How to transfer your account

  1. Download fitAnalytica on your new phone
  2. Open the app
  3. Sign in using the same email address used on your old device
  4. Use the same login method as before (such as Google or Apple)

Important

  • Use the same sign-in provider you used previously
  • Using a different login method will create a new account
