Can I use FitAnalytica without creating a new activity?

By recording an activity on FitAnalytica, you can keep track of various performance metrics such as your pace per kilometer, activity duration and intensity, and weather conditions (UV index, humidity, air pollution), among others. If you choose not to record an activity, you can still monitor your daily progress by keeping track of your cumulative steps taken, distance covered, time spent, calories burned, and floors ascended.
