You can easily track your progress on FitAnalytica by accessing the home screen, where you'll find most of the information. For step activity data, simply click on the Running (Shoe) icon, while information related to heart rate and weight can be found under the Heart and Scale icons, respectively. The home page displays a comprehensive summary of your previous activities, including your hourly movement, progress during the last month/week, your progress today, your five best ever, and your progress compared to other users globally. You can also view your progress since the day you installed the app.
